How to make a payment
- Enter your family ID, family name, invoice number and the amount to be paid. If you do not have an invoice number please enter a description of what you are paying. Your family ID can be found on the left hand side of your invoice. If you are making an OSHC or Vacation Care payment please specify either “OSHC” or “Vacation Care” in the description to help us identify your payment.
- Click the payment option you would like to use.
- Enter your card number, expiry date and CVN verification code. If you don’t know where to find the verification code on your card click here.
- Click “Proceed”
- After a few seconds your receipt will be shown. You can print or email it if you would like to retain a copy.
Direct Debit Ongoing Payments
Parents/caregivers are able to authorise our school to process ongoing payments to pay for school fees and invoices as agreed under a payment plan. These payments may be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, monthly or per term depending on the payment type. Please call the Finance Officer if you require any assistance.
